WHY WORK FOR MPA

MPA Society is an award-winning non-profit service agency that has supported people living with mental illness for over 37 years. Created on the principle of self-empowerment, our programs promote the dignity and well-being of people with mental illness by inspiring hope and facilitating recovery from mental illness through empowerment, autonomy, responsibility and peer support.

MPA Society operates over 25 social, vocational, recreational, advocacy and housing programs that support people in their own communities. For those individuals who join our team, we offer a dynamic working environment, union wages and benefits, as well as an opportunity to grow professionally with the organization, while applying your abilities and values in a meaningful way for those we support.
