COVID-19 Update

MPA Society’s Leadership has been meeting regularly to discuss and implement plans and strategies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As an organization, we plan and prepare for emergency situations and are in a strong position to continue to support our programs and staff. The health and safety of our residents, and the team members who serve them, is always our highest priority.

Please see below letters from our Executive Director, David MacIntyre, to Residents, Family Members and Members.

NEW - Letter to MPA Members - April 2, 2020

Effective immediately, we will not be allowing visitors into our residences. This restriction will include non-essential outside service providers as well as family members.

As an organization, we will continue to make decisions that support the health and safety of our staff and members and are committed to maintaining the highest possible standards.

AGM 2020 - Postponed

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, MPA has postponed our Annual General Meeting until September 23, 2020 at 6pm at the Croatian Cultural Centre in Vancouver.

It is our hope to be able to gather together in person to celebrate the highlights of the year as well as the challenges we have overcome together as an agency/community. Announcements will be made as we get closer to that date regarding our plans for the meeting.

Until then, stay safe and have a wonderful Summer!
